At Duobond, we are developing and manufacturing car windshield repair and replacement systems for the mobility market of tomorrow. Our technical support gives new and existing service providers the opportunity to include glass repair and replacement as part of the business model.

Since our start more than 30 years ago, we have always pursued one goal. A goal that makes it clear what and why things logically have to work in such a way to gain understanding and acceptance from drivers, insurers, leasing companies and inspection bodies; simplicity.

All products and tools in our portfolio provide everything that makes repair and replacement of a windshield easy and logical to understand and implement.

Demands of the market

At Duobond we listen to the demands of the mobility market. By being present at trade fairs and visiting customers we gather a lot of information. This gives us the opportunity to develop products that are optimized according to the wishes of our customers for everyone.

We also work with chains of windshield specialists around the world. Because the Duobond products offer simplicity in their work. And our customers love simplicity. But we are not there yet. Every day we do our best at Duobond to develop and improve products. That is why feedback from the market is our most important source of product information.

Making a difference since 1980

Duobond has been the windshield repair pioneer in Europe since 1980. Once the Duobond repair method was introduced, institutes such as: MPA NRW on 43-R regulations and BSI on BS AU 251: 1994 Category: A declared the Duobond repair method was conform their standards. Duobond than set the bar high as a windshield repair pioneer in Europe.

The repair method of Duobond showed that windshields should not always be replaced in case of damage. This leads to considerable cost savings for both insurers and car owners.

Innovation

Duobond® is continuously working to improve its glass repair systems. How can we make things more efficient, faster and better? How can we simplify the work of the mechanic? This was the drive of the founder and remains the drive of the current owner. In recent years, Duobond® has introduced the Iris windshield repair system, the RL-eez windshield removal system and the Scratch a Way® 360 system. We also plan to continue to introduce innovative systems in the coming years.

Duobond, the choice of experts

In our own laboratory, we research, develop and produce our original Duobond UV resins for our Duobond tools. In order to enable our customers to offer the best and safest possible repair of windscreens from 1 hand.

Our laboratory maintains a strict quality control for every production batch of UV-resin, Impact-Filler, Prep-clean and polishing agents. All our products are tested intensively before they are approved to be used on the market.
